Headaches and migraines

It is important to find out the main cause of your headache. It could simply be from muscular tension and stress in which case Osteopathic treatment can be helpful. However sometimes headaches may indicate a more serious problem.
Headaches may be due to sinuses, eyestrain, stress, poor posture, or jaw disorders. Mosculosketal strain in the neck is common cause of headaches and migraines.
