Are you passionate about women’s health, pre- and post-natal care, pregnancy support, pelvic health, and empowering women to thrive through every stage of life? This is a Golden Opportunity to join a supportive private practice offering some of the most comprehensive, structured mentoring in women’s health available. Elevate your passion in a team where your enthusiasm for exceptional patient care and ongoing growth will be nurtured every step of the way!

Who We’re Looking For

·         You’re a dedicated osteopath (experienced or emerging/new graduate) with a genuine passion for women’s health, pregnancy support, pre- and post-natal care, pelvic health, and helping women thrive through every life stage.

·         You love to learn and are eager to share your knowledge with others as you grow.

·         You value mentoring and coaching, both as someone who receives structured guidance and maybe even as a future mentor supporting junior team members…

·         You’re curious about mastering ‘soft’ skills and the art of patient engagement, communication, and retention.

·         You bring a warm, positive energy to your work and are passionate about helping people feel great in their bodies – especially empowering women during pregnancy and beyond.

·         You connect with people on a personal level—not just through clinical expertise.

·         You’re a team player committed to achieving excellent outcomes for patients and supporting the growth of your colleagues.

We are currently seeking an Osteopath to join our growing team at Focus Osteopathy. This role is ideal for someone ready to specialise or deepen their expertise in women’s health and pregnancy. You’ll step into an existing patient base focused on musculoskeletal care with a strong emphasis on pregnancy, post-natal recovery, and women’s wellness, while helping us reach more people in our community with high-quality, empowering care.

We’d especially love if you have expertise or interest in Pilates and rehabilitation, – areas with high demand where you can innovate and make a real impact – but if you don’t have experience in these yet, no problem at all! We’re fully committed to helping you upskill and happy to include funding for relevant courses and training as part of your package. If you enjoy both hands-on osteopathic treatment and movement-based approaches (like Clinical Pilates for pregnancy support), we’d love to hear from you.
