Focus Osteopathy is the result of a shared vision by Co-Founders Dr Lorrae Griffiths and Dr Simon Nawrocki.
In 2009, the community of Mount Waverley embraced and welcomed Focus Osteopathy with open arms – with so many word of mouth referrals that the clinic was soon at capacity; families, couples, and the elderly; people with sports injuries, pregnant women, and everyone in between.
The Murrumbeena clinic (previously known as SouthEast Osteopathy) opened in 2011 so Focus Osteopathy could continue making a difference to people’s lives
Osteopathy is now accompanied by other complementary services at Focus:
- Remedial Massage Therapy
- Exercise Physiology/Rehabilitation
- Clinical Pilates
What to Expect
The Focus Osteopathy approach.
We believe everyone should be listened to, and the comfort of every person should be a priority.
The Focus Osteopathy team is highly experienced, but more importantly is made up of people who are empathetic, have genuine interest in helping people, and a passion for quality customer service.
It is from these values that a person’s needs and lifestyle can be understood and a treatment plan worked out and tailored for that individual.
‘We listen, we care’
Who Is Focus Osteopathy
Focus Osteopathy – What our clients are saying:
“Some heartfelt thanks for treating me on Friday. I was in a tremendous amount of distress from my neck injury and you got me back on track where I improved over the weekend considerably. Over the years, whatever injury I have when I walk through your door, you have me ‘fixed’ by the time I leave. Thank you for your skill, care and good humour in all my times I’ve visited you.”
“You have been much more to me than just a massage therapist. I value the fact you are a good listener. More than just being professional, I value that fact that your caring attitude was exceptional. Thanks, Craig.”
“I’ve had hips and low back pain on and off for a few years. This is just what I needed – finally someone that helps! Thanks mate.”
