Vanessa (Ness) joined the team after spending 8 years in the waste industry. Having lead a variety of teams, she was looking to expand her horizons in a new industry and found her way to Focus.
Ness has a passion for leadership and loves a good chat. Even more so when she has a wine in her hand!
Ness is smitten with her two dogs (Leo and Luna) and will happily show you plenty of photos and talk about them until she’s blue in the face.
