Current Opportunities
Are you wanting to develop – or launch – your career in Women’s Health?
Are you passionate about women’s health, pre- and post-natal care, pregnancy support, pelvic health, and empowering women to thrive through every stage of life?
Whether you’re just starting out with a burning passion to dive deep into this rewarding field, or you have some experience and are eager to take your expertise to the next level – learning everything you possibly can from some of the best in the industry – look no further!
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a dedicated osteopath (experienced or emerging/new graduate) with a genuine passion for women’s health, pregnancy support, pre- and post-natal care, pelvic health, and helping women thrive through every life stage.
You love to learn and are eager to share your knowledge with others as you grow.
You value mentoring and coaching, both as someone who receives structured guidance and maybe even as a future mentor supporting junior team members…
You’re curious about mastering ‘soft’ skills and the art of patient engagement, communication, and retention.
You bring a warm, positive energy to your work and are passionate about helping people feel great in their bodies – especially empowering women during pregnancy and beyond.
You connect with people on a personal level—not just through clinical expertise.
You’re a team player committed to achieving excellent outcomes for patients and supporting the growth of your colleagues.
About the Role
We’d especially love if you have expertise or interest in Pilates and rehabilitation, – areas with high demand where you can innovate and make a real impact – but if you don’t have experience in these yet, no problem at all! We’re fully committed to helping you upskill and happy to include funding for relevant courses and training as part of your package. If you enjoy both hands-on osteopathic treatment and movement-based approaches (like Clinical Pilates for pregnancy support), we’d love to hear from you.
Part-time/Full-time:
Approx. 15-20 hours/week – ideal for therapists starting out or looking to balance clinical work with other responsibilities. Opportunity to extend hours if desired (can be accelerated with flexibility offered for the right candidate).
Shifts:
Monday to Saturday (mornings only on Saturdays), spread across both clinic locations.
Employed position:
Includes all the perks: paid leave, superannuation, financial incentives, and most importantly, stability and peace of mind.
Caseload:
Primarily musculoskeletal private clients, with a strong focus and opportunity to develop a niche in pregnancy, pre- and post-natal care, pelvic health, and women’s wellness.
Mentoring & Training:
Full access to structured in-house training, clinical mentoring, and an extensive digital training library.
Support:
You’ll be backed by a skilled front desk team, including a dedicated follow-up manager who helps with client retention and communication.
