Fees
Payment is required on the day of consultation. We accept Cash, Cheque, Eftpos, VISA, Mastercard, American Express.
HICAPS is also available at Focus Osteopathy, enabling you to receive your private health rebate up front. Private health funds provide varying levels of cover for osteopathy, contact your health fund for details of your entitled benefits.
Rebates from Medicare under the EPC program are also available at Focus Osteopathy. We are registered to accept referrals for patients with chronic conditions under the EPC program, which allows patients to claim a rebate from Medicare. Consult with your doctor to determine whether you qualify for this program.
Our Cancellation Policy
Appointment Scheduling / Missed Appointments:
Your practitioner has worked out the best plan for your condition or injury and it will respond best when you keep to this schedule. Therefore, to receive the most out of your care and to save time we ask that you schedule your appointments in advance. Missed appointments will set you back in your recovery, so we ask that wherever possible you keep all your appointments. If an appointment must be changed, 24 hours notice is appreciated.
All missed appointments or cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment may attract a cancellation fee of $40.00. People who repeatedly miss or reschedule appointments will regretfully be discharged from care as we realise you will not reach your health goals and we do not wish to waste your time.
