Men and women of all ages, fitness levels and abilities for a wide variety of concerns including musculoskeletal injuries, chronic and complex medical conditions and general health and fitness concerns. I work with individuals wishing to manage their back or neck pain, improve their posture, sort out that niggly injury so that they can get back to playing sport or running around with the kids, get back to exercise following pregnancy, improve their strength and balance to have the confidence to walk outdoors, or simply include more physical activity in their lives for general health and well-being without causing injury.
I have always loved playing sport. Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit and healthy and still regularly play netball and spend most weekends sailing. My love of sport lead to my interest in health, fitness and injury rehabilitation and I now enjoy working with people and using tailored exercise to assist with improving their pain, function and quality of life.
My desire to play every sport while growing up, I think is what ultimately lead to my career as an Exercise Physiologist. I have worked in various settings including private practice, workplace health, fitness clubs, and community health which has allowed me to work with a diverse range of people and professions.
I am at Focus Osteopathy to work with a team who share my passion for helping people achieve their desired health and well-being goals. Being a practice that offers multiple services, Focus Osteopathy provides a comprehensive health service to ensure best possible outcomes for patients are achieved.
