People of all ages with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic disease, general health and well-being concerns, or anyone wanting to get back into exercises and get active. I enjoy seeing a wide variety of patients however I have a strong interest in treating patients with chronic lower back pain to build their confidence and strength to get them back to doing what they love.
I have always had an interest in being active, and focusing on good health and fitness. Most days you will find me out running or walking with my Golden Retriever.
I have worked with a wide variety of patients, from junior/senior athletes with Rowville Sports Academy to those with chronic disease and injury at various hospitals, including a Spinal Cord Injury Recovery Clinic. Growing up I was a keen sport person trying my hand at most sports. I was an avid basketballer all through my younger years, then transitioned into netball which I continues to play
Focus Osteopathy is passionate about helping people of all ages to get back to doing what they love (or need to do) which goes hand in hand with my passion as I aim to assist clients in improving their health, fitness and well-being through the inclusion of exercise, which  can achieve major positive benefits on both mental and physical health.
