People of all ages & abilities who want to make a change in their lifestyle, whether it be to help treat an injury, prevent falls and improve balance or introduce an exercise regime safely.
Professionally I really enjoy working with the older population to help maintain their lifestyle and independence. I also have a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehab; treating an injury from beginning and following it through to return to sport or work.
Socially I really enjoy getting outside on sunny days whether it’s reading in the park, playing with my nieces and nephews or catching up with friends for a good chat and laugh.
I have worked in many health settings including an aged care facility, private practice and a hospital, so I have seen people at many stages of health. This is where my passion for maintaining clients’ independence came from. I also am currently studying massage to help compliment my treatments.
I believe that working in an environment that offers different modalities helps achieve the overall goal of maintaining independence and achieving the best out of life, to live how you want to live
